Because your privacy is important we will not be entering your cabin while your stay unless asked or if there is an emergency or a specific reason of importance !
Please enjoy your stay as if this is your Own... Home away from Home!

CHECK IN TIME IS 4 PM
& CHECK OUT TIME IS 10 AM
Each Cabin has an occupancy limit from 4 to 6
...R Hideout reserves the right to refuse Cabins (rooms) to anyone ...
1. Towels are NOT to be used outside of the Cabins!!
2. No Pets Allowed in the Cabins!! $500 FINE
3. NO SMOKING in or within 20 feet of the Buildings $500 FINE
4. NO FISH CLEANING IN CABINS OR ON PREMISES $500 FINE
5. No BQ's or Grills on Patios or inside Cabins
6. Damage to Rooms in Cabins will be charged to Guest Credit Card for the
amount to fix damage including but not limited to materials, labor
inspection fees, shipping, travel, loss of Income and any other fees or costs.
7. Lifetime borrowing (theft) & or Damage to fixture & or Furnishings
will be charged accordingly( as listed below ), including shipping, tax and any loss
of income caused by guest.
$1000 each TV, Sofa $1900, End tables & or nite stands $350, TV Table $850, Dresser $950 Lamps $150 each, Chairs $350 each, Table $700, Microwave $180, Coffee pot $50 Refrigerator $210, Hanging pictures from $100 to $1200, Luggage rack $50 ice buckets $20, Garbage cans $50, Bed comforters $350 and up, Sheets $35 each, Blankets $50, Pillows and case $75, Lg bath towels $30, Hand towels $15, Wash cloths $10, trays $10, DVD cable $25, DVD $110, Direct TV Receivers $150., Remote Controls for TV $50., Hair Dryers $75., Roll-a-way beds $500.
PLEASE INFORM US OF WET GARBAGE OR DIAPERS IN YOUR ROOM SO THEY CAN BE DISPOSED OF PROPERLY

We practice 'Green Lodging' and ask you help us in this conservation... New towels and bedding are upon request. We ask you hang your towels and re-use for at least 2 days. Bedding for longer stays will be changed every 4 days or upon request.
R-Hideout Cancelation Policy
In fairness to others looking to reserve our cabins, Multi-cabin group reservations may require an up front deposit and do require a 45 Days cancel in advance or be penalized a 25% charge of the full amount. Cancellations inside 2 weeks are subject to a 50% charge of entire reservation!
Notice: We reserve the right to charge the full amount for reservations cancelled inside 72 hours of check-in.
