Our Cabin Suite Style of Lodging was designed for those looking to relax and enjoy a "Home away from Home" in an environment one step above the norm while capturing the brilliance found in the Flaming Gorge Region. Every 2-room Cabin Suite was designed especially for Your Comfort with a theme around the wildlife we all enjoy in this breath taking Landscape. Our lodging is centrally located in Manila Utah... we’re only minutes away from endless activities and breathtaking vistas!
Large party reservations may require full or partial pre-pay and will require a minimum of 45 day cancelation or will be charged for full amount! Normal cancelation is 72 hours from day of check-in or will be charged for the entire reservation period.

- Due to present demands, at this time we require 2 night minimum on all Holidays.
- All 14 Suites are priced pre-tax and per night for double occupancy...
Rates for additional people:
$15 per night per additional person.
- Boat and RV battery charge is $10 per day.
- Roll-a-way beds are $10 per visit.
- Check in is 4pm and
Check out is 10am daily.
- We practice 'Green Lodging' and ask you help us in this conservation...
New towels and bedding are upon request. We ask you hang your towels and re-use for at least 2 days. Bedding for longer stays will be changed every 4 days or upon request.

- Centrally located in the Town of Manila…Walking distance from the Senior Center, Town Hall, Flaming Gorge Market, Rodeo Grounds, Chevron and GasStar Stations, The Villa Bar and Grill, and more;
- A fully wheelchair accessible handicap suite is available as well.
- Cancellations... In fairness to others looking to reserve our cabins, Multi-cabin group reservations may require an up front deposit and do require a 45 Days cancel in advance or be penalized a 25% charge of the full amount. Cancellations inside 2 weeks are subject to a 50% charge of entire reservation!
- Notice: We reserve the right to charge the full amount for reservations cancelled inside 72 hours of check-in.
